What can I expect from the Mirror Mirror experience?
Mirror Mirror is a playground of immersive art featuring nine (9) installations that lasts 45 to 60 minutes. Upon entering the experience, you are invited to choose a door and explore freely, discovering installations to activate through your participation. In Mirror Mirror your thoughts generate poems, your words are translated into light, and the slightest movement may cause a total transformation. Inspired by the mystery of the human mind, and its endless creativity, this journey will take you to a destination like no other: your own imagination.
Where is the experience located?
The event will take place at CF Chinook Centre, 6455 Macleod Trail, Calgary, AB T2H 0K8.
What are the hours of operation?
The exhibition open hours are:
- Mondays: from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (last entry at 8:00 p.m.)
- Tuesdays: Closed.
- Wednesdays: from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (last entry at 8:00 p.m.)
- Thursdays: from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (last entry at 8:00 p.m.)
- Fridays: from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (last entry at 8:00 p.m.)
- Saturdays: from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (last entry at 8:00 p.m.)
- Sundays: from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (last entry at 5:00 p.m.)
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The exhibition will be held in an indoor venue.
How long does the experience last?
The experience typically lasts 45 to 60 mins.
Is it COVID secure and safe? / Do I need to wear a mask?
Yes. Masks are recommended, but not required within the experience.
Is there air conditioning?
The exhibition will have air conditioning.
Is the venue ADA compliant?
Yes.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, CF Chinook Centre is wheelchair friendly.
What do I do if I have any questions about accessibility / special accommodations?

What if I have any sensitivities to flashing lights, bright lights or smoke?
Please note that there are flashing and bright lights that could trigger seizures or any other causes. Please do not attend if you are prone to seizures or for people with photosensitive epilepsy. The experience includes smoke and could potentially cause respiratory discomfort. Attendee discretion is advised.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Food and beverage are available in the food court at CF Chinook Centre.
Will there be merchandise of the experience?
No.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them with the hashtag #MirrorMirrorexperience. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers and refrain from using your flash. Please note that equipment, such as light & selfie sticks and tripods are not permitted.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
Mirror Mirror is a multi-room experience where visitors are invited to move from an installation to another. There are several seats available around the experience.
Will restrooms be available on-site?
Restrooms are available on-site - ADA accessible restrooms are also available.
Do you offer coat check service?
We provide a complimentary coat check, available for all your personal items, our coat check is available as a first come first serve. We do not accept luggage over 15lbs.
What happens if I lose something?
We have a “lost and found”. But we are also not responsible for unattended items, so please do your best to keep track of your personal belongings.
Do you accept cash?
Credit/debit cards or Apple Pay is preferred.
Access
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session? What happens if I arrive late?
We want to ensure you experience this event to the fullest. In order to do so, we encourage customers to please arrive at the venue before your start time outlined on your ticket. If you happen to arrive late, your ticket will remain valid but entry will be dependent on the space available in the next slot. Please note, that arriving late may result in an undefined waiting period before getting access to the experience.
How do I get to the Mirror Mirror Experience site by public transport?
Mirror Mirror experience is located inside CF Chinook Centre. You can access the location by Chinook CTrain Station and various bus routes. To plan your trip visit the
Calgary Transit website.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not permitted at the venue.
Are service dogs allowed?
Service animals are permitted, but please be advised that the volume and visuals may be uncomfortable for animals.
Is there an age requirement?
Families and children are always welcome! Mirror Mirror is a great day out with the kids. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Do children under 4 years old have to pay for the ticket?
Children under 4 receive free entry to the experience without tickets.
Is there parking available?
Visitors can park in the CF Chinook Centre parkings.
How many people can enter the experience at one time?
We invite 50 people to enter the experience every 15 minutes.
What are the permitted/prohibited items at the experience?
Eating and drinking are forbidden inside the experience as well as carrying large bags or voluminous items that can compromise the experience. Furthermore, alcohol, smoking and anything which may disturb the other patrons is prohibited.
Permitted items include strollers, wheelchairs, mobility scooters, and other mobility aids.
Can I smoke or vape?
No.
Tickets
Can I purchase a ticket at the event?
Yes, at our box office, which is open during regular business hours.
Where can I get tickets?
Official tickets for this experience can only be purchased on
Fever.
Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing
platform.
What are the different ticket options available?
Each ticket purchase grants access to the Mirror Mirror experience for the specific session purchased. The different ticket purchase options are below:
- Group Bundle (min 6 tickets) - From $20
- Adult (ages 13+) - From $22
- Child (ages 4-12) - From $18
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Generally, Fever tickets are non-refundable. Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact Fever Customer service (
contact us) indicating your ticket ID. For more information, you can refer to our
T&Cs.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the
Apple Store or
Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please
contact us.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please
contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Can I make a Group Booking?
Yes.

Do you offer carer tickets?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. For this experience, simply show proof of needing a carer ticket at the entrance and the carer will be allowed in for free.
