What can I expect from the event?
Explore the boundless creativity of the human mind with Mirror Mirror, an exhibition combining art, immersion and interactivity. In this playful world of art and immersion, your actions shape the experience all around you. Through these spaces filled with illusions, vibrant colours, and interactive installations, you’ll uncover a new dimension fueled by discovery. Start by choosing one of three doors, each unlocking a distinct and thrilling path. As you go, wander through eight themed rooms inspired by the endless creativity of the human mind. Watch your memories transform into glowing displays of light. Experience a reimagined tarot reading, and lose yourself in a mesmerizing forest of mirrors, reflecting you from every angle.
Will there by strobe lights or haze effects?
This experience utilizes lighting, laser and haze effects. Visitors who are photosensitive or have breathing difficulties may wish to consider their comfort levels before visiting.

This experience is located at ArtScience Museum, Marina Bay Sands, 6 Bayfront Ave, Singapore 018956. Please proceed to Basement 2 for entry.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last?
People usually spend 45 - 60 min at this experience.
Will food and beverages be available on-site for purchase?
Miracle Coffee is located at Level 1 of ArtScience Museum. However, please note that food & beverages are not permitted within the exhibition galleries.
Is there parking available?
The nearest car park to ArtScience Museum is the North Carpark located within The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands. Take the lift to Level 1 and walk out to the Waterfront Promenade to get to ArtScience Museum.
How do I enter the venue when it is raining?
On rainy days, please use the Oculus entrance to steer clear of the rain when moving between the Museum and The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands.
Will there be additional sessions?
We are unable to guarantee that there will be additional sessions for this experience. Please refer to the experience page for the most updated information regarding available sessions.
Does this experience have virtual reality?
There is no virtual reality component as part of this experience.
Will there be merchandise available for sale?
There will be merchandise for sale at The Museum Shop.
ABOUT TICKETS
Where can I get tickets?
You can purchase tickets through the
Fever app or the Fever website. To install the Fever app on your smartphone or tablet, you may visit the
App Store (iOS) or
Google Play Store (Android) for more information.
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
There is a ticketing box office on-site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive. It is highly recommended that you book your tickets in advance to guarantee your spot. You may purchase tickets via the
Fever app or on the
Fever website.
Who are eligible to purchase Local tickets?
Singapore citizens, permanent residents, employment pass holders, work permit holders and dependent pass holders. A valid identity card must be produced when purchasing tickets, and random checks will be conducted at point of entry. If proof of eligibility cannot be produced, you will be required to upgrade your ticket.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free by clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the
Fever app. If you need additional help, please
contact us with your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, electronic tickets will be validated directly through the Fever app.
I am unable to locate my ticket. What should I do?
You may view your ticket through the Fever app, within the Tickets section. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when purchasing the tickets. If you are still unable to locate your ticket, please
contact us.

Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience, subject to availability. Should you wish to change the date and/or time of your visit, please
contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, please refer to our

Can I make a group booking?

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is highly recommended that you arrive on time. Your admission may be delayed if you arrive later than the time stated on your ticket.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Only service dogs are permitted at the venue.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, ArtScience Museum is wheelchair-friendly, with automated doors. All levels are accessible by lift and all walk-through spaces in the galleries are at least 1.2m in width. Wheelchair-friendly washrooms are also located on every floor. Manual wheelchairs are available for rent upon request free-of-charge. Please approach the Visitor Experience Information Counter located the Level 1 for rental enquiries.
Do you offer carer tickets?
People with disabilities (PWDs) and one accompanying caregiver can purchase concession tickets when visiting ArtScience Museum.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
This experience could not be adapted for the visually and/or hearing impaired. We are doing our best to make our experiences inclusive and recommend that you take a look at other experiences in your city.
Are there chairs available within the experience? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is primarily a walkthrough experience, as such there won't be any seating available.
Are washrooms available on-site?
Restrooms are available on the same floor outside the exhibition galleries. Child-friendly toilet seats and baby changing facilities are also available at the Museum.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Guests are encouraged to take photos of the experience and share them. However, please note that flash photography, tripods, selfie sticks, and professional filming are not permitted within the exhibition galleries. Prior permission is required for any form of professional filming.
Is there a Lost & Found?
Please approach the Visitor Experience Information Counter located at Level 1 of ArtScience Museum if you have lost any items. Alternatively, you may reach out to

Are baggage/luggage deposits available at the venue?
Complimentary baggage/luggage storage service is available at the Visitor Experience counter located at the Lobby of ArtScience Museum.
Is there an age requirement for this experience?
For the safety and security of young visitors in the Museum, children below 13 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children under 2 years old will be allowed to enter the exhibition for free.
Are prams/strollers allowed in the exhibition galleries?
Prams/strollers are not permitted within the exhibition galleries due to space constraints and the safety concern of artworks and installations. A designated parking space for prams and strollers is available near the exhibition entrance.
Is there Wi-Fi available at the venue?
Free wireless access is available throughout the Museum when you connect to “Marina Bay Sands” under Wi-Fi.
Will there be an audio guide for this experience?
This experience does not come with an audio guide.
